We, Huafun international fully support the aims of the Act and are committed to combatting slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain or in any part of our business.
Our Company
We, Huafun international specialise in the manufacture ,design, sales and distribution of a wide array of consumer electronic products and services employing 450 people in china.
Our Supply Chain
Huafun internatinal has adopted the BSCI code of conduct which prohibits the use of forced, bonded, indentured, or involuntary prison labour. We audit our suppliers to this code and do not tolerate any form of non-conformance. In addition, Huafun international has internal policies and practises that are based upon international labour and human rights standards. We partner with our supply chain to create an environment where workers have the right to freely choose employment and where slavery and human trafficking is not tolerated.
Due Diligence & Risk Assessment
We, Huafun international perform assessments of potential suppliers as well as carrying out regular risk screenings of our supply chain. Huafun international also conducts internal audits and onsite supplier audits as deemed necessary to verify our supply chains’ conformance to the BSCI code of conduct and any related laws, standards and policies. These audits are carried out by our own internal team and utilise the standard audit protocols developed by the BSCI. We follow up with each audited supplier to develop corrective action plans to close out any audit findings.
Employee Recruitment & Training
As part of our recruitment process control procedure we, Huafun international do not use any 3rd party employment agencies, nor do we request any fees or deposits to join the company. All of our employees are hired directly by ourselves and have employment contracts with Huafun international. Any items required to work for Huafun international are supplied free of charge. This includes, but is not limited to work clothing, ID badge and health check. We, Huafun international do not request nor hold any personal document such as ID card, certificates or diplomas during the term of employment. We, Huafun international believe in the importance of educating our employees on human rights issues and develop training for relevant employees to help them to recognise the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. Through this traing our employees are encouraged to use our reporting procedures to report any concerns.

Company Policy on Minerals from Conflict Affected and High Risk Areas
Huafun international is committed to protecting the environment and the communities in which we operate. Huafun international expects our supply chain to procure minerals responsibly and to avoid sources that would directly or indirectly fund conflict. This includes conflict minerals from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and other high-risk areas worldwide. Huafun international has implemented the following policies and actions to mitigate risks in this area:
Conduct due diligence to ensure responsible sourcing in all geographies and high-risk areas and require our suppliers to do the same.
Utilize the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas and encourage its use by our suppliers and others with whom we interact.
Support efforts of key stakeholders, including governmental bodies, industry groups and other concerned organizations, to promote peaceful, diverse and stable economies.
Encourage a responsible and sustainable minerals trade while boycotting the DRC or adjoining countries.
Continue investment, membership in and support of the Business Social Compliance Initiative ( BSCI)
Use the RBA Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) and the Conflict-Free Smelter Program (CFSP) to only source from smelters validated by industry acceptable protocols.
Conduct outreach directly to smelters or refiners of non-conflict minerals.
In addition, Huafun international contractually requires its suppliers to:
Comply with all environmental laws and material content restrictions.
Implement the BSCI Code of Conduct, conduct audits with independent BSCI approved 3rd party auditors and report corrective actions to ensure compliance for responsible sourcing of minerals.
Require their upstream suppliers to comply with the BSCI Code of Conduct.
Have a policy to not directly or indirectly finance perpetrators of human rights abuses.
Exercise due diligence on the source and custody of conflict minerals and to make their efforts available upon request.
Huafun international meets all legal requirements related to conflict minerals sourcing and disclosure requirements wherever our products are sold worldwide. We are committed to working toward sourcing only conflict-free minerals and using minerals only from smelters that have been audited and verified by CFSP or equivalent programs. Huafun international expects itself and its suppliers to be conflict free.
REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of CHemicals)
The European Regulation 1907/2006 on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of CHemicals (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006)
Shenzhen NST trading manufacturing company (Huafun international sub- factory ) complies with EU REACH regulations. As manufactured products are subjected to the REACH Article, it fulfils the Duty to communicate information on substances in articles as follows:
Obligations according to Article 33
- The aim of Article 33 is to ensure that sufficient information is communicated down the supply chain to allow the safe use of articles.
- A supplier of articles containing a SVHC included on the Candidate List for authorization in a concentration above 0.1% (w/w) has to provide relevant safety information about this substance available to him to the recipients of these articles (Article 33(1)).
- If no particular information is necessary to allow safe use of the article containing a substance from the Candidate List, as a minimum the name of the substance in question has to be communicated to the recipients.
- The information is to be provided to the recipients automatically, i.e. as soon as the substance has been included on the Candidate List for authorization. Note that the term “recipients” refers to industrial or professional users and distributors, but not to consumers.
- Upon request of a consumer, the same supplier of articles has to provide relevant safety information about the SVHC available to him also to this consumer (Article 33(2)).
